Project description:
Tomorrow Festival was Denmark's largest festival and non-profit platform for sustainable action. The festival’s first edition took place at Valby Parken on September 2021, with a total attendance of 12K visitors. The festival's vision was to create sustainable behavior throughout society. Therefore its development was executed under principles of recycling, social sustainability, circularity, and low CO2 emission impact guidelines.
The process ranged from research into sustainable technologies; contact with local producers, our own production and design of elements for the festival, and assembly and disassembly.
Together with the production team leader, I worked for six months designing the master plan and each one of its elements which included: three stages, three collaborative interactive venues, a food court, F&B facilities, backstage & artists' areas, volunteers' zone, and visitors' bike parking.
